Satay Chicken

Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken thighs with legs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemongrass, minced (optional)
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water for at least 30 minutes
Instructions:
